Comprising the former members of defunct bands former members from Saosin, This Day Forward, and Taken, Circa Survive quickly rose to public attention in just a few years with hits like 'Act Appalled', 'Get Out' and 'The Difference Between Medicine and Poison is in the Dose'. Known for their flamboyant sets and costumes on stage (here's looking at you, Anthony Green!), they are full-on entertainers for their fans, which has secured them a loyal countrywide (and beyond) following.

Hailing from Philadelphia, Circa Survive's sound is a blend of prog rock and post-hardcore. Some emo touches are thrown in too thanks to Anthony Green's versatile (and often hypnotising) vocals, with many of the lyrics stemming from his personal experiences.
